NEET 2021 helpline numbers are released by NTA to address the queries of NEET aspirants or their parents/guardians. The issues may be on Application form, Eligibility criteria, Admit Card, Results, Reservation, documents required, counselling process, seat allotments, admissions etc., they contact the helpline number and get their issues solved. The information on NEET 2021 is constantly updated on website, brochure, Frequently Asked Questions etc., NEET Counselling is headed by Medical Counselling Committee (MCC) which conducts the counselling and allocates seats to the aspirants. For queries regarding counselling and admission, MCC has opened a call centre to address the queries.

The queries will be addressed between 9:00 AM to 8:30 PM

NEET 2021 Common Services Centres/Facilitation Centres

Common service centres are being operated to help the candidates on various issues. Candidates who don’t have access to Internet facility face issues to apply for the examination and to address such issues NTA provides Common Services Centres/Facilation centres.

Candidates who find it difficult to submit online application due to various constraints need not worry and they can access the services of Common Services Centre (CSC) provided by the Ministry of I.T., Government of India under the Digital India initiative. Help line numbers and Grievance Redressal System in support of candidates are provided.

There are more than 2.4 lakhs Common Services Centres across the country which will provide, the desired support to candidates for a small fee. The services include - online submission of application form and payment of fee through e-wallet. The list of the Common Services Centre is available on website - http://www.csc.gov.in.
