$\overset{ \rightarrow }{v}=$ Velocity of charged particle
$\overset{ \rightarrow }{r}=$ Position vector of point with respect to charge
$\mu _{0}=$ Magnetic permeability of free space
$\because $ It is a cross product $\overset{ \rightarrow }{v}$ and $\overset{ \rightarrow }{r}$
