Iron pyrite i.e., F e S2, it is also known as Fool's-Gold. It is not an ideal choice of ore for extraction of iron, because it produces polluting sulphur containing gases, e.g. SO 2, SO 3 etc. though it is thermodynamically feasible, stable and can be used in roasting process.
