Ligand CO molecule acts both as donor and acceptor by donating pi electron and accepting electron form metal into its vacant ${\pi }^{\ast }$ molecular orbital. Hence here I and II are correct and in case of ferricyanide ion effective atomic number is 35 so IV is also correct.
