Solution:

Cis-trans isomerism is called as geometrical isomerism, which arises due to restricted rotation of a bond or bonds in a molecule. There are two necessary conditions for a compound to possess geometrical isomerism:
(i) It must contain a carbon-carbon double bond in the molecule.
(ii) Two unlike atoms or groups must be linked to each doubly bonded carbon atoms.
Only compound satisfied both the conditions, hence will show cis-trans isomerism. In others, either same atoms or groups are linked to one or each doubly bonded carbon or it does not possess double bond.
