The Fi-generation on crossing a homozygous tall $(TT)$ plant to a dwarf plant $(tt)$ consisted of all hybrid tall $(Tt)$ plants. In $F_2$-generation, when $F_1$-generation $(Tt)$ was self-pollinated the phenotype ratio of tall to dwarf is about $3:1$ ( $3$ tall $:1$ dwarf). When $F_2$-generation is selfpollinated, some of the tall plants produced the tall plants $(TT)$ only and the other tall plants produced the tall and dwarf plants and dwarf plants produced only dwarf plants. When tall $F_2$ plants are selfed, only tall plants are produced in regeneration.
