Equivalent emf of cell is, $E_{eq}=\frac{3\times 1+6\times 2}{1+2}=5V,$
Equivalent internal resistance is, $r_{eq}=\frac{2\times 1}{2+1}=\frac{2}{3}\Omega$

From Kirchoff's law,
Current through $10\Omega$ resistor is, $I=\frac{5}{10+\left(\frac{2}{3}\right)}=\frac{15}{32}A$
