Solution:

For parallel connection of cell,
Equivalent emf of cell is, $E_{e q}=\frac{3 \times 1 + 6 \times 2}{1 + 2}=5V,$
Equivalent internal resistance is, $ \, r_{eq}=\frac{2 \times 1}{2 + 1}=\frac{2}{3}\Omega$
Simplified circuit is shown in below figure,

From Kirchoff's law,
Current through $10\Omega$ resistor is, $I=\frac{5}{10 + \left(\frac{2}{3}\right)}=\frac{15}{32} \, A$
