Ozone layer present in stratosphere protect the animals from UV-radiations of sun light. In stratosphere ozone is being formed and photo dissociated.
The chlorofluorocarbons methane and nitrous oxide cause depletion of ozone layer SO2 and NO3 react with the moisture (water vapour) of atmosphere and from H2SO4 and HNO3 respectively, the H2SO4 and HNO3 cause acid rain High concentration of CO2 in the atmosphere results in green-house effect
i.e., the CO2 layer, allowing solar radiation to pass in but preventing long wave heat radiation to pass out CO2 (carbon monoxide) is produced due to incomplete combustion metallurgical operations and naturally by plants as well as animals.
The high concentration of CO resulting in giddiness, headache, decreased vision cardiovascular malfunction and as phyxia Nitrogen oxides (NO2,N2O,N2O5,NO) are produced naturally through biological and non-biological activities from nitrates, nitrites electric storms etc.
