Power dissipated is given by P=VI
where, V is voltage and I is current
First case, I1=V1P=20000100×106=5000A
Second case, I2=V2P=200100×106=500000A
Also power dissipated is given by P=I2R
where, R is resistance of the cable. ∴P1=(5000)2R=25×106R P2=(500000)2R=25×1010R ⇒P1<P2
