Valency factor of aluminium is 3 and that of chlorine is 2

$1\times 3=molesofchlorine\times 2$
mole of chlorine = 1.5 mole
Volume of chlorine at NTP = $1.5\times 22.4=33.6$ litres $\cong$ $34$
