Solution:

Equivalent of aluminium = Equivalent of Chlorine
Moles of aluminium $\times $ valency factor of aluminium = moles of chlorine $\times $ valency factor of chlorine
Valency factor of aluminium is 3 and that of chlorine is 2
Mole of aluminium = 1 mole
$1\times 3=moles of chlorine \times 2$
mole of chlorine = 1.5 mole
Volume of chlorine at NTP = $1.5\times 22.4=33.6$ litres $\cong$ $34$
