$C_{eq}=\frac{5}{3}=\frac{5}{3}\mu F$
$C_{eq}^{\prime }=\frac{2}{2}=1\mu F$
charge on $2\mu F$ capacitors is $q=CV$
$q=1\times 10^{-6}\times 12$
$q=12\mu C$
charge on $5\mu F$ capacitor is
$q=\frac{5}{3}\times 10^{-6}\times 12$ $=20\mu C$
