Solution:
$5\, \mu F$ capacitor are in series, similarly $2 \mu F$ also in series but both combination are arranged in parallel combination
$C _{ eq }=\frac{5}{3}=\frac{5}{3} \mu F$
$C _{ eq }'=\frac{2}{2}=1 \mu F$
charge on $2\, \mu F$ capacitors is $q = CV$
$q=1 \times 10^{-6} \times 12 $
$q=12\, \mu C$
charge on $5\, \mu F$ capacitor is
$q =\frac{5}{3} \times 10^{-6} \times 12$ $=20\, \mu C$
