Osmotic pressure $=iCRT$
For $FeC{l}_3$ solution, $i=4$,
therefore $i\times C=4\times (0.1)$ and for $K_4\left[Fe(CN{)}_6\right]i=5$,
and $i\times C=5\times$ $(0.01)\times M$
Since, $i\times C$ is more for $FeC{l}_3$ solution and we know that in osmosis,
flow of solvent takes place from dilute to a concentrated solution.
So, the blue colour formation will not take place.
