$p_A=0.01\times 0.082\times 300=0.2463atm$

$p_B=0.001\times 0.082\times 300=0.02463atm$

The movement of solvent particles will occur from dilute solution (B) to A. Hence, the pressure of $(0.2463-0.02463=0.2216atm.)$ should be applied on concentrated solution i.e., solution A.
