$=\frac{1}{2}\frac{m{\ell }^2{\omega }^2}{3}$
$\Rightarrow \omega =\sqrt{\frac{6g}{\ell }}$
Speed $v=\omega r=\omega \ell =\sqrt{6g\ell }$
$v=\sqrt{6\times 10\times .6}$
