Solution:

High density polythene (HDP) or high density polyethylene (HDPE) is prepared by coordination polymerization of ethene at $ 60^{\circ} -160^{\circ} C $ and 6-7 atm. pressure in the presence of Zeigler-Natta catalyst (triethylaluminium and titanium trichloride or tetrachloride).
