$h=\sqrt{\frac{K_{w}}{K_{a} \times c} \, }=\sqrt{\frac{10^{- 14}}{10^{- 5} \times 10^{- 1}}}=\sqrt{10^{- 8}}$ .
$h=10^{- 4},$ percentage $h=10^{- 4}\times 100=0.01\%$ .
