The balanced reaction is
$\underset{\overset{3}{1/7}}{3F}e^{2+} + 4H^{+} + NO^{-}_{3} \to 3Fe^{3+} + \underset{\overset{1}{3 V}}{NO} + 2H_{2}O$
$\therefore \,\, \frac{3}{17}=\frac{1}{3V}$
$\Rightarrow V=\frac{1}{63} L$
$=\frac{1000}{63} mL =15.87 ml$
