Solution:

If rate $= k [ A ]^{x}[ B ]^{y}[ C ]^{z}$
From first two given data
$8.08 \times 10^{-3}=k[0.2]^{x}[0.1]^{y}[0.02]^{z}$........(i)
$2.01 \times 10^{-3}=k[0.1]^{x}[0.2]^{y}[0.02]^{z}$........(ii)
Divide (i) by (ii) we get, $4=2^{x}(1 / 2)^{y}$
Similarly, from second and third data
$ (9) ^y(9)^{z}=3$
$2 y+2 z=1$.
From first and fourth data $4^{z}=8=2^{3}$
$2 z=3$. So $z=3 / 2, y=-1, x=1$
