Q. Urine normally has a $pH$ of $6$ . If a patient eliminates $1.3$ litre of urine per day. How many moles of $H ^{+}$ions does he urinate ?

Equilibrium

Solution:

$pH =6$
$\left[ H ^{+}\right]=10^{-6} M$
Mol $= M \times V$
$=10^{-6} \times 1.3=1.3 \times 10^{-6} mol$
