Solution:

In series combination, charge on each capacitor is same. Potential difference divides in the inverse ratio of capacities.
$\therefore $ Potential difference across
$A=\frac{10 \times 3}{2+3}=6\, V$
Potential difference across
$B=\frac{10 \times 2}{2+3}=4\, V$
