$F=\frac{\left(\mu \right)_{0}}{4 \pi }\cdot \frac{2 i_{1} i_{2}}{a}\times 1\Rightarrow F=\left(10\right)^{- 7}\times \frac{2 \times 10 \times 2}{\left(10 \times \left(10\right)^{- 2}\right)}\times 2=8\times \left(10\right)^{- 5}N$
