$ \Rightarrow T_{1} =30+3 a
For $B, 30+T_{2}-T_{1} =3 a\,\,\.$...(2)

From $(1),(2)$ and (3),
$30+30-3 a-30-3 a=3 a$
$9 a=30$
$a=\frac{10}{3} \,m / s ^{2}$
$T_{2}=30-3\left(\frac{10}{3}\right)$
