$ F_{\text {net }}=\sqrt{F^{2}+F^{2}+2 F \cdot F \cdot \cos 60^{\circ}}$
$=\sqrt{F^{2}+F^{2}+2 F^{2}\left(\frac{1}{2}\right)}$
$=\sqrt{3 F^{2}}=F \sqrt{3}$
