Solution:

$\frac{1}{C_{e q}}=\frac{1}{3}+\frac{1}{10}+\frac{1}{15}$
$\Rightarrow C_{e q}=2\, \mu F$
Charge on each capacitor
$Q=C_{e q} \times V \Rightarrow Q$
$=2 \times 100=200\, \mu C$
