Solution:
The benzene ring to which NH group is directly attached is activated for the attack of $Br^{+}$ electrophile, as –NH group is ring activating due to +R effect. The ring to which $C=O$ group is directly attached is deactivated towards electrophilic substitution. As $C=O$ group is ring deactivating due to –R effect in addition the $NH$ group is ortho-para directing but para position is favourable for the attack of $Br^{+}$ . Hence, the product formed is as follows
