Suppose, the atmospheric pressure is $ {{p}_{0}}. $ Pressure at $ A={{p}_{0}}+h(1000\text{kg}\,{{\text{m}}^{-3}})g $ Pressure at $ B={{p}_{0}}+h(0.02\,\text{m})(13600\text{kg}\,{{\text{m}}^{-3}})g $ These pressures, at A and B are equal because points are on the some horizontal level. Thus, $ h=0.02\times 13.6m $ = 0.27 m or 27 cm
