Capacitors of $6 \mu F \, and \, 3 \mu F $ are in series, so
$ \, \, \, \, \, \, \, \, C' = \frac {6 \times 3}{6 + 3}$
$ = \frac {18}{9} = 2 \mu F$
Now C' is in paralleI with 2 uf capacitor, so
$ C = C' + 2 = 2 + 2 = 4 \mu F$
