Angular velocity $=\frac{\Delta \theta}{\Delta t}=\frac{2 \pi}{60} rad\, s ^{-1}$
$=\frac{\pi}{30} rad \,s ^{-1}$
Reason : A second hand makes an angle of $2 \pi$
(i.e., $360^{\circ}$ ) is one minute, (i.e., $60 \,s$ ).
