$SiCl _{4}+4 H _{2} O \longrightarrow H _{4} SiO _{4}+4 HCl$
$H _{4} SiO _{4} \xrightarrow[1000^{\circ}C]{\Delta} SiO _{2}+2 H _{2} O$
