$E=\frac{\sigma }{\epsilon _{0}}$
Potential difference $V=Ed$
$\therefore d=\frac{V}{E}=\frac{100}{50 \times 10^{- 7}}\times \text{8.85}\times 10^{- 12}=\text{177}\times 10^{- 6}m=177μm$
