Solution:
This is carbyl amine reaction. In this reaction bad smelling isocyanide is formed by reaction of $1^{\circ}$ amine with $CHCl _{3}$ and $KOH$. So isocyanide is correct answer.
$\underset{(a) 1^{\circ} \text{amine}}{CH_3CH_2NH_2} \,\,\, \underset{(b) \text{cyanide}}{C_6H_5CN} \,\,\, \underset{(c) \text{iso cyanide}}{CH_3CH_2NC} \,\,\, \underset{(d) \text{cyanide}}{C_2H_5CN}$
