Solution:

$I \propto \frac{1}{\lambda^{4}}$
$\Rightarrow \frac{I_{ f }}{I_{i}}=\left(\frac{\lambda_{i}}{\lambda_{ f }}\right)^{4}$
$=\left(\frac{8}{4}\right)^{4}=2^{4}=16$
