Solution:

$I \propto \frac{1}{\lambda ^{4}}$
$\Rightarrow \, \, \frac{I_{f}}{I_{i}}=\left(\frac{\lambda_{i}}{\lambda_{f}}\right)^{4}$
$=\left(\frac{8}{4}\right)^{4}=2^{4}=16$
