In equilibrium, $\tau_{1}=\tau_{2}$
$M B \sin \theta=\sqrt{3} M B \sin \left(90^{\circ}-\theta\right)$
$\therefore \tan \theta=\sqrt{3} $
$\Rightarrow \theta=60^{\circ}$
