$ B{{F}_{3}} $ and $ Al{{F}_{3}} $ show trigonal symmetric structure due to $ s{{p}^{2}}- $ hybridisation.
$ N{{F}_{3}} $ shows pyramidal geometry due to $ s{{p}^{3}} $ hybridisation
