$V_{B E}=0.7 V =8.7-I_{B}\left(200 \times 10^{3}\right)$
$\Rightarrow I_{B}=\frac{8}{200 \times 10^{3}}=4 \times 10^{-5} A$
$\Rightarrow \beta=80=\frac{I_{C}}{I_{B}}$
$ \Rightarrow I_{C}=32 \times 10^{-4} A$
$V_{C E}=3 V =11-I_{C} R_{C}$
$3=11-32 \times 10^{-4} R_{C}$
$\Rightarrow R_{C}=\frac{8}{32 \times 10^{-4}}$
