$B_{ rms } =\frac{E_{ rms }}{c}$

$B_{ rms } =\frac{B_{0}}{\sqrt{2}}$
$B_{0}= \sqrt{2} \times B_{ rms }$
$=\sqrt{2} \times 2 \times 10^{-8}$
