Q. If $x^{2}-x+1=0$, then value of $x^{3 n}$ is

Complex Numbers and Quadratic Equations

Solution:

Since $x^{2}-x+1=0$
$\therefore (x-1)\left(x^{2}-x+1\right)=0$
$\Rightarrow x^{3}-1=0$
$\Rightarrow x^{3}=1$,
$\therefore x^{3 n}=1$
