Here, $R=6.4 \times 10^{6}\,m$, $4\pi\varepsilon_{0}=\frac{1}{9 \times10^{9}} N\,C^{-2}\,m^{2}$
$\therefore C=\frac{6.4 \times10^{6}}{9 \times 10^{9}}$
$=710 \times 10^{-6}\,F=710\,\mu F$
