n-factor of $C_{2}O_{4}^{2 -}\Rightarrow 2$

Ratio of n-factors of $MnO_{4}^{-}$ and $C_{2}O_{4}^{2 -}$ is 5 : 2

So, molar ratio in balanced reaction is 2 : 5

Hence the balanced equation is

$2MnO_{4}^{-}+5C_{2}O_{4}^{2 -}+16H^{+} \rightarrow 2Mn^{2 +}10CO_{2}+8H_{2}O$
