Solution:

$ K _2 Cr _2 O _7+14 HCl \rightarrow 2 KCl +2 CrCl _3+3 Cl _2 +7 H _2 O$
Here, the $n -$ factor of $K _2 Cr _2 O _7=6$ and the $n -$ factor of $HCl =\frac{3}{7}$.
$\therefore E _{ HCl }=\frac{ M }{\frac{3}{7}}=\frac{7 M }{3}=85.17$
$\simeq 85 \,g / eq$
