a. Rate $=\frac{k\left[ OCl ^{\ominus}\right]\left[ I ^{\ominus}\right]}{[\overset{\ominus}{ OH }]}$
Order of reaction $=1+1-1=1$
Molecularity of reaction $=1+1=2$
b. Molecularity w.r.t. $|\overset{\ominus} OH |=0$
Order w.r.t. $\mid \overset{\ominus}{ OH }]=-1$
