$t =5$ minutes $=5 \times 60=300\, \sec.$
$W =900$ Joule
$W = P \times t\,\,( P = VI )$
or $W = VIt$
or $V =\frac{ W }{ It }=\frac{900}{3 \times 300}=1$ volt
$V =1$ volt
