Solution:

Since, the ratio of capacitances in opposite arms of bridge is same, hence it is a balanced Wheatstone bridge. Therefore, capacitance of arm $CD$ becomes ineffective. The circuit now reduces, to consisting of two sets of series capacitors. Hence, resultant capacitance is $10 \, \mu F $ .
