Using cell equivalent method for two independent circuits, We get the following equivalent circuit:
Since in steady state there is no current flow, the all resistors are of no use. So charge on both the capacitors will be $q=\frac{3}{2}(5)=\frac{15}{2}\, \mu C$
Now, charge on $2\, \mu F$ capacitor will be
$q_{2}=\frac{15}{2} \times \frac{2}{3}=5 \,\mu C$
