Solution:

Range $R = 2\sqrt{h\left(H -h\right)}$
$R_{1} = R_{2} \Rightarrow 2\sqrt{h_{1}\left(H -h_{1}\right)} = 2\sqrt{h_{2}\left(H -h_{2}\right)}$
$4\left(H -4\right)= 6\left(H -6\right)$
or $2H =36 -16 =20$ or $H =10\, cm$
