Solution:

Distance between two nodes is $\frac{\lambda}{2}$
$\therefore \,\,\,\,\frac{\lambda}{2}=5\, cm \,\,\,\,$ or $\,\,\,\,\lambda=10 \,cm =0.1\, m$
Frequency, $v=\frac{v}{\lambda}=\frac{2}{0.1}=20 \,Hz$
